Shipping Policy
Our products will be delivered to you via Royal Mail. The Standard UK delivery service takes 2 - 4 days from the date of ordering, we aim to dispatch next day.
We also offer express delivery at the checkout for those busy parents who need a party box ASAP!
Orders made after 11.00am will be processed from the next working day.
Refund Policy
You have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return an order, then a further 14 days to return it. The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Your purchase must be in a resalable condition to process the refund (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
