No-one likes to have to wait for the things that they've ordered online - we feel the same! So we try our best to get most items on their way to you within a couple of days of ordering. However as we are a small, family firm who make all our products to order, it can sometimes take a little longer - please bear with us if it does! We use Royal Mail First Class for most deliveries, and a range of couriers for larger orders and some expedited, next-day deliveries. Shipping cost varies by size of order and order value, but we always look to keep shipping costs as low as we can. See the options available during the checkout process. If you find you need to return any item(s) to us for refund or exchange, the cost and method of shipping will be your responsibility.
