Shipping Policy

INMIND ships to almost every corner of the world. Please note that there can be restrictions on certain products, and some items can't be shipped out of Europe. We offer free shipping for all orders over 50.00 within Europe. Shipping costs will be displayed in your cart during checkout. If you are unable to select your country or region, please contact us for further information. All orders are shipped out within seven business days. A delivery time of 4 - 10 business days is expected for international orders. Tracking details will be automatically provided via email once your order is shipped. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register in the carriers system. During sales days or collection drops, there might be a slight delay in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during such times. All prices stated on our website are including VAT. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any other fees that your local customs office may charge before placing your order. Delivery of orders outside of Europe may be subject to additional customs charges. INMIND does not class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any customs fees. If you choose not to pay duties on import and your order is returned to us, you will not be issued a refund for the returned order. Please contact your local customs or postal office for any information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with INMIND garments in your closet. So if you're not happy with your purchase, we are more than willing to now offer refunds or store credits on all orders. Please be aware that only full price purchases are eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds on our products in sale. To apply for a refund, please email support@inmindclothing.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. We will then provide all return details via email within two business days. All returns can be sent at the customer's expense to INMIND Clothing in Belgium for processing. Guidelines All returned items have to be unworn, unused and undamaged. INMIND bears the right to reject any returns based on a review of said goods. The shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) to INMIND for credit or refund are at the customers' expense. It will be charged after or deducted from the store credit. Any damaged or broken product can be returned for a full refund, and INMIND will cover the cost of return shipping. If you see damages or believe your product is faulty, please email support@inmindclothing.com with your name, order number, and images of the fault for review. Refunds INMIND offers a full return on all full price products when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Alternatively, we offer a store credit to the returned price item(s) value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be received via mail in the form of a gift voucher and immediately available to use on our online store. Returns All sale items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not offer refunds on sale items unless deemed damaged.
