We want you to be delighted with INMIND garments in your closet. So if you're not happy with your purchase, we are more than willing to now offer refunds or store credits on all orders. Please be aware that only full price purchases are eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds on our products in sale. To apply for a refund, please email support@inmindclothing.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return. We will then provide all return details via email within two business days. All returns can be sent at the customer's expense to INMIND Clothing in Belgium for processing. Guidelines All returned items have to be unworn, unused and undamaged. INMIND bears the right to reject any returns based on a review of said goods. The shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) to INMIND for credit or refund are at the customers' expense. It will be charged after or deducted from the store credit. Any damaged or broken product can be returned for a full refund, and INMIND will cover the cost of return shipping. If you see damages or believe your product is faulty, please email support@inmindclothing.com with your name, order number, and images of the fault for review.
