The Nali Pendant is handcrafted from fine silver and is completed with oxidised geometric stamped detailing. Ethically produced and fairly traded. Elegance at it’s finest!

This pendant comes fitted on a clasp free tough nylon cord necklace. It can be worn close to the neck as a choker or longer as desired. The nylon cord is recycled and extremely strong, which wears beautifully without perishing.

Shipping Policy
UK orders are sent first class Royal Mail, tracked with a signature upon delivery. Our flat rate for all orders is £4.50 for postage and packing.
At Luna Tree we endeavour to process and dispatch your orders quickly and efficiently. However, during busy periods this may be slightly longer.
Place orders on or prior to the 15th December to be delivered for pre Christmas delivery within the UK. Orders after this date are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
International Orders
Orders made from outside of the UK will incur a standard delivery charge of £15 postage and packing and the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes. Goods are sent by Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’. This service is trackable and requires a signature upon delivery.
Refund Policy
You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 7 days. This is excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please contact us prior to your return with the reason why you are returning your purchase.
Provided the returned items reach us in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However, the cost of postage is not refundable nor is the cost of postage to return the goods to us.
Correctly label and package sufficiently returned items. Please enclose your details and order number. Please request a ’Certificate of Posting’ as a security precaution from your postal provider. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit.
Only items returned within 28 days from receipt of goods are eligible for a refund.
Please note, that due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable items unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please contact us regarding any order cancellations, exchanges or returns. Goods already dispatched cannot be cancelled but they can be returned.
