We work hard to ensure goods always arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from SHY Design Studio. If your item was purchased from one of our stockists please contact them directly. Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original box and any other packaging. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products to us unless they are faulty, please ask for proof of posting when returning items for you records. Please note made to order and bespoke products cannot be returned unless faulty.
