Shipping Policy
No-one likes to have to wait for the things that they've ordered online - we feel the same! So we try our best to get most items on their way to you within a couple of days of ordering. However as we are a small, family firm who make all our products to order, it can sometimes take a little longer - please bear with us if it does!
We use Royal Mail First Class for most deliveries, and a range of couriers for larger orders and some expedited, next-day deliveries.
Refund Policy
If you'd like to return your item for a refund, please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package. Returns Address : Hands & Hearts, 158 Murray Road, London, W5 4DA. The goods must be unused and in perfect condition (ideally including the original packaging).
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please return the item to us with a note detailing what you would like to exchange your purchase for. Personalised items are not eligible for exchange.
The items must be sent back in perfect condition – unused, in saleable condition with their original packaging.
All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a recorded postal service.

Once your return is received has been inspected, your exchange will be processed. As we create our products to order, it'll take a few days to get a new one made for you, so please allow 7 days from receipt of parcel to dispatch.
