Shipping Policy
We dispatch all items within 1-3 working days. If you need an item urgently, please send us an email at knotatree.crafts@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Refund Policy
Once we've received your return/exchange request, we will email you a return address and further instructions on how to return your items. Once we've received your items and should your refund request be accepted, you will automatically receive your refund. This may take a few days due to bank processing times.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at knotatree.crafts@gmail.com and we can discuss all available options with you.
If there's an issue with the item (faulty, damaged, etc) we can arrange a replacement or a return and issue a refund.
Should you decide you no longer want or need your item/s, you can request a return and a refund.
Please do so within 14 days of receiving the item/s.
Customers are responsible for returns/exchange shipping costs.
