Shipping Policy
All our candles are made, packed and shipped from our NW London home studio within 2 business days (though may take longer during very busy periods). You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched and it will arrive within 3 business days. We only offer delivery within the UK. The shipping cost is £3.95 and you'll be able to track your parcel via Hermes or receive it by Royal Mail Signature.
Refund Policy
We are happy to refund any products in their original condition, excluding shipping costs. If you would like a refund, please contact us at info@nimishandcrafted.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for their own return postage costs. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any personalised products. We take care to make sure your items arrive in good condition. If your product is damaged on arrival, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assess the damaged product and you may be offered a replacement.
