We are committed to packing and delivering your order in eco-friendly and recycled materials. And we offer delivery in the UK, Europe, and Internationally, as we want everybody to be part of our inclusive community
Shipping
All of our orders are sent via Fulfilment crowd, using carbon neutral shipping. Fulfilment crowd use biodegradable packaging, a fleet-of-foot culture, and are striving to eliminate plastic by 2022. By taking these steps fulfilment crowd are aiming to be the first fully-sustainable fulfilment provider in the UK. They also raise money for community and charitable causes. Carbon neutral shipping is achieved by calculating the carbon emissions per transaction. These carbon emissions are then offset with a project (for example Tree Sisters and Trees For Life) as closely as possible to the location of the initial carbon producing activity.
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive email confirmation from us with a trackable reference number. If you haven’t received this, please contact hello@ranbynature.com.
UK delivery is £5, Europe £15, and Internationally £25
Orders sent to Europe and Internationally will likely incur customs, local duties, or tax. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order. We are not responsible for these charges

Refund Policy
Returns
If for some reason your Ran By Nature order is faulty or incorrect, you can send it to ‘Fulfilmentcrowd, Unit C, Matrix Park, Western Avenue, Chorley, PR7 7NB, UK’. Please ensure you include your name and order number in the returns package (we are not responsible for any delays or issues should you not include this information). All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. Ensure that you use a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any items sent untracked. Once your order is back with fulfilmentcrowd, a refund will be issued. We will reimburse the postage of the returned item if it is faulty or has been packed incorrectly. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days.
Exchanges
At Ran By Nature, we want all of our community to feel good in our clothes. The last thing you want during your windy cycle commute to work is to be worried your shorts are not supporting you. Which is why we offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in its original state received on receipt, new unworn, hang tags and labels attached and in its original packing. We cannot cover the cost of postage, and please ensure you obtain proof of postage. For European and International exchanges, please ensure you use a traceable service, and keep hold of the tracking number. Send your exchange to ‘Fulfilmentcrowd, Unit C, Matrix Park, Western Avenue, Chorley, PR7 7NB, UK’. Please ensure you include your name and order number in the returns package (we are not responsible for any delays or issues should you not include this information). We will process the exchange within 10 working days from receipt of returned parcel. Exchanges are dependent on availability in stock. As a small sustainable business, we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock. But we will send your replacement size within 4 - 6 weeks. Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size
