Cancellations are only accepted before despatch. Once your order has been despatched, you can request for a return by emailling icklesprites@gmail.com. Returns are only accepted for in stock items within 28 days of purchase if the items are unworn or unused, customer is responsible for returns postage. Please contact icklesprites@gmail.com if you wish to return anything. Made to order items are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are only accepted for in stock items within 28 days of purchase if the items are unworn or unused, customer is responsible for postage of the returned items and exchange items. If the exchange item(s) is lower in price, a partial refund will be offered. If the exchange item(s) is higher in price, the customer is responsible to pay for the difference before the exchange item(s) is despatched.
